Request Maintenance

In the signed lease, the tenant understands and agrees that:

 

  1. Maintenance requests must be reported through your tenant portal.
  2. Update your tenant portal with any changes to your contact information.
  3. We are required to obtain approval from the landlord prior to addressing your request.
  4. Your landlord has full control of approving or declining all repairs.
  5. Vendors will contact you directly to schedule appointments at your convenience.
  6. Contact us if a vendor has not scheduled an appointment within 48 hrs.
  7. If you fail to keep a scheduled appointment or the vendor is unable to gain access, you will be responsible for the service call or cancelation fee.
  8. If you prevent access to the premises it constitutes a breach of the lease.
  9. Do not withhold rent for repairs without prior judicial determination.
  10. Notify us if maintenance is not completed to your satisfaction.
  11. You will be charged for repairs that are your responsibility to maintain or that result from your negligence.
  12. You may not authorize repairs without the landlord's written approval. Unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed.
  13. Situations in which danger exists, please contact the appropriate authorities first. 
  14. If you have questions, please do not submit them via a maintenance request.
