By accessing the the electronic payment amenity, Tenant understands and agrees that:
- It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use echeck, credit, or debit card to pay LATE RENT after the 5th day of the month. Rent that is 5 days or more late MUST be paid using Electronic Cash Payment (ECP) only. If a violation occurs, additional charges may apply or future access may be denied.
- Bev Roberts Rentals is not required to provide or maintain an electronic payment option.
- Bev Roberts Rentals shall provide the website address for submitting electronic payments.
- Bev Roberts Rentals may change the payment website or provider at any time.
- Bev Roberts Rentals may suspend or terminate Tenant access to the electronic payment option at any time, without prior notice.
- The electronic payment service shall be provided by an independent third party. Tenant shall comply with all terms and conditions set by the provider.
- If Tenant disputes or reverses a payment, access to the electronic payment option may be revoked.
- Tenant shall be solely responsible for initiating, modifying, or cancelling any electronic payment.
- Bev Roberts Rentals is not liable for payment errors, processing issues, or security breaches involving Tenant’s financial information.
- Tenant shall pay any convenience or processing fees charged by the provider. Such fees are determined and may be changed by the provider. Tenant accepts these fees voluntarily in exchange for the convenience of electronic payment.
