By accessing the the electronic payment amenity, you understand and agree that:

1. Bev Roberts Rentals is not obligated or required to provide an electronic payment amenity.
2. Bev Roberts Rentals shall provide a website address to submit electronic payments if an amenity is provided.
3. Bev Roberts Rentals reserves the right to change the website address and the electronic payment provider.
4. Bev Roberts Rentals reserves the right to revoke access or cancel the electronic payment amenity without notice.
5. The electronic payment amenity is provided by a third-party payment processor who is independent and not a representative of Bev Roberts Rentals. Your use shall be subject to, and agreeing to abide by, all terms and conditions of the payment processor.
6. If you contest an electronic payment, access will be terminated and payments must be made by certified funds thereafter.
7. You are responsible for the creation, cancellation, or adjustment of all electronic payments.
8. Bev Roberts Rentals shall not be liable for any electronic payment errors, including, but not limited to, inaccurate processing of electronic payments or potential security breaches related to personal financial data.
9. You are responsible for any processing fees. You agree to pay such processing fees voluntarily in consideration of the ease with which you can submit payment electronically. Should you object to payment of such processing fees, you may submit payment in the form of a check or, if Bev Roberts Rentals so chooses, certified funds.
10. It is strictly prohibited to use the electronic payment amenity to pay the funds listed below. An electronic payment of these funds are considered a lease violation; only certified funds (cash, cashier’s check or money order) are accepted for these payments. If a violation occurs, additional charges may occur or access may be disabled:

• Earnest Money
• Security Deposit
• Pet Fee (due prior to occupancy)
• Prepaid Rent (due prior to occupancy)
• Late Rent (after the 5th)
• Returned Payments (after 2 violations)
