Before venturing into real estate, Bev owned and efficiently managed a thriving veterinary hospital alongside her late husband. Since 1992, Nick has proudly called the North Carolina Triangle area his home. With a family deeply involved in real estate, he has been immersed in the industry for most of his life. This familial exposure influenced Nick's decision to acquire his North Carolina Real Estate Broker License in 2013.


After completing a rewarding five-year enlistment in the United States Navy and returning to his roots in North Carolina, Nick found his passion for residential rentals and property management.
