Review:

Bev has been my leasing and property manager for 3 years. Our units has minimal vacancy after turnover. For service calls, she is flexible about let us know so we can do the repair ourself or have her team complete it. Compared to larger PM company, it's easier to reach Bev and have issue resolved quickly. In general, we are happy so far.

Bev Roberts Rentals has managed my property for several years. She is always on top of things and makes being a landlord effotless. I never have to worry if she is taking care of my tenants and my investment property. My tenants appreciate her staying on top of repairs. I have used other comapanies in the past and been let down by their performance. I have refered several friends that are also pleased with her service. I can always get in touch with Bev or her staff and they always respond to emailed questions without delay. I am always impressed with how quickly Bev finds me a quilified tenant, so I don't miss out on any rental payments.
