| Review: | I have been extremely happy with the professionalism and efficiency of my Realtor, Craig Brockman from Bev Roberts Rentals! Unfortunately I wish I had been referred to them a year ago. I had a horrible experience with another property management company in Cary, NC and months later am still trying to resolve their mistakes. Anyway, Craig has been quick to communicate with me, locate trustworthy tenants and provide me with sound advice and guidance through the rental of my townhome. After the problems of the last company, I have been extra careful about the contract details. Craig has been very patient and clear which has put my mind at ease. The whole reason I wanted to hire a property management company to begin with...so I wouldn't have to worry! I highly recommend Bev Roberts Rentals for landlords and/or tenants. They are a tad bid more expensive than other property management companies, but it has been well worth it! You get (much more) than you pay for with Bev Roberts Rentals! |

She listed my property and had it rented in about a week's time. Bev is very responsive as is her staff at the office. I appreciate having someone handle my needs during the whole process. | Review: | A great support system. For our first rental this was pretty pain free. Bev is great at listening to what an owner wants while still contributing her opinion from experience. She's very supportive of the owner. She makes you feel like she's out for your best interests. When we decided to rent we weren't sure about alot of things, and Bev was great at sorting out what we needed to do and when. When we second guessed our decision on when to rent, Bev was great at reassuring us and all of her advice led to a successful renting on the time line she predicted. I would completely agree with the poster that said she answers all of your questions completely, no hedging. Bev is very straight forward without being abrasive. She's great at making an owner feel supported through the rental process. All of her advice led us to a successful outcome. We have nothing but good things to say. |

| Review: | I want to tell you what a pleasant experience it was to work with Bev Roberts Rentals to prepare my house for rent and to match a renter to my home in only a week. My agent helped inform me about rental market conditions in my neighborhood; evaluated the property; coached me on rental terms I should consider; and of course a suggested rental amount for my property. Within a couple of days of listing the property, he was already handling showings. Within the first week we already had a renter desiring a one year contract. The admin staff at Bev Roberts was very efficient at getting me the necessary paperwork to process and helped me with any questions that I had. Ultimately I also decided to let Bev Roberts Rentals handle the property management for the year because of the professionalism they showed in helping me get a renter. I would recommend Bev Roberts realty to anyone else seeking to find the right kind of renter for their property in an expedient manner. |

She found a tenant quickly (no loss of income to vacancy) and since has provided excellent service. The house has needed a few repairs, and Bev has scheduled the work and had it performed with minimal hassle to myself or the tenant. The rent is always direct deposited on time. Invoices for work are always scanned and emailed with the monthly statement. Bev is responsive, flexible, dependable, knowledgeable and level-headed - the exact traits you want in someone watching over your investment. After two years with Bev, I am confident my home is in capable hands and plan to employ her for years to come. |
