Online Payment
INSTRUCTIONS:

Tenant Registration
- Click on the Tenantplus+ link above.
- On the homepage, click "Register Now" under the “Tenants” category (NOT “Managers and Owners”).
- Put in your information and click “Register Now”.
- You will be brought to two options, click “online rent payment”, now see below…
To Make A Payment For The First Time
- Go to http://www.tenantplus.com/login.cfm or simply click the “Sign In” tab on the top right corner of the page.
- Sign in using the login name and password you’ve created before.
- On the “My Account” page, click “Rent Payment.”
- On the left hand side, you’ll see this box that reads, "Your account is inactive.
Please enter the security code issued by your property manager below to activate your account.
- Enter the security code given by your property manager in the field.
- Click “Activate.” This process will link you to your manager’s account.
- Your screen should now show the amount that is due for the current month. Choose the unit first, let the page refresh, then choose the month
you’re paying for from the drop down list, also let it refresh.
- If you’re on the correct month, click the “Pay Now” button.
- Enter your billing information (for later transactions, you can click “Use My Information,” and it will automatically show the information you have
used earlier).
- Fill in the bubble that says “Checking Account” if you’re paying with an E-Check out of your checking account.
- Enter all the information requested on the screen and click “Process Check.”
- Review that all the information is correct and click “Pay Now.”
- When you get the message saying Thank you for using Tenantplus.com for your online payment it means your payment has been processed. You
should get a confirmation number and email at the email address you provided.
