I have been in the rental market for several years. My Career began in residential sales, but I later chose to operate as a rental
specialist. I am qualified by a North Carolina Real Estate Sales License and a North Carolina Real Estate Broker's License.
My business goal is to maintain a current awareness of the local residential market and deliver an informed service that is responsive to
market change.
I assist landlords as they price their property, prepare their property for showing, and find suitable tenants. I offer support
to families as they progress through the consecutive steps of the relocation process. My services can make your move a more pleasant experience. My
specialty is applied to benefit my clients,
as I depend on repeated business and referrals from owners, renters, and residential sales agents.
After an extensive and rewarding career in the field of management in the restaurant industry, Craig decided to turn his passionate personality and talents towards a new adventure in the real estate field specializing in property management and rental homes. His lengthy experience in business management provides for a perfect combination along with his desire to maintain the highest standard of customer service. He believes that the ability to create a long- term relationship is more precious and significant than any single business transaction. Craig enjoys meeting and working with new people, and his best advertisement comes from satisfied clients.
Amy Welsh handles a wide variety of tasks at Bev Roberts Rentals and Property Management.
Bookkeeping Department
Working with the property manager, Amy prepares financial reports, handles accounts payable and receivable, prints and mails monthly managment reports and checks to the property owners, and all other tasks related to fiscal management of the properties.
Executive Assistant
Amy Welsh provides administrative support. She initiates correspondence to tenant requests and questions such as property availability. Amy assists with composing of all real estate documents, preparing all correspondences, processing fully executed leases, and assisting with lease renewals and other lease modification documents. She performs general office duties such as updating tenant, landlord and vendor contact information, and maintaining records and information.
Website Management
Amy Welsh also manages, designs, and updates the RobertsRentals.net website. You may contact her for issues such as: problems with the site, request for mutual links, advertising, marketing of all properties, etc.
